The position reports to the Director of Continuous Improvement and is part of a team responsible for leading the Continuous Improvement Process throughout The organization in both North and South America. The Quality Council Leader shall be responsible for energizing the organization using Continuous Improvement tools to positively impact Customer Satisfaction, Quality, and Performance. As a key member of the corporate facilitation team, the Quality Council Leader will provide the necessary leadership and direction to establish and promote a sound and effective networking platform for the pursuit of uniformity of QMS elements and infrastructures.
