The position reports to the Director of Continuous Improvement and is part of a team responsible for leading the Continuous Improvement Process.
The Master Black Belt shall be responsible for energizing the organization using Continuous Improvement tools to positively impact Customer Satisfaction, Quality, and Performance
As a key member of the corporate facilitation team, the Master Black Belt will provide the necessary facilitation to keep Continuous improvement projects active and on task as well as assisting in identification and removal of barriers preventing successful project completion.
Permanent Positions. The Master Black belt may be located in one of severl plants located throughout the US.
