Job Description:
The position reports to the Director of Continuous Improvement and is part of a team responsible for leading the Continuous Improvement Process throughout Client Europe and Asia. The Master Black Belt shall be responsible for energizing the Client organization using Continuous Improvement tools to positively impact Customer Satisfaction, quality and performance. As a key member of the corporate facilitation team the Master Black Belt will provide the necessary facilitation to keep Continuous Improvement projects active and on task as well as assisting in identification and removal of barriers preventing successful project completion. Must be able to travel Internationally.
