We have an exciting opportunity waiting for the right Six Sigma MASTER Black Belt. This position is located in Redondo Beach, CA. We need an individual to:
· Assist TRW in deploying Six Sigma across TRW S&E including strategy,
communication, training, process base-lining.
· Drive change at all organization levels to instill customer focus, process ownership & data driven decision-making.
· Train, coach, & mentor executive leadership, project champions, process owners, Black Belts (BBs), Green Belts (GBs), & improvement teams.
· Coordinate integration of Six Sigma with Lean, e-biz, core business, support processes.
· Assist process owners/leadership in identifying process improvements, quantifying benefit .

What skills with this Master Black Belt bring to TRW?
· Currently have a Master Black Belt, with a minimum of three years as a Black Belt or one year as Master Black Belt.
· Familiar with high tech industry, finance, HR, IT, NPI, supply chain, or manufacturing.
· Can interact/drive change at all organization levels.
· Exceptional communication, mentoring, & team building skills.
· Completed Six Sigma Train the Trainer in DMAIC & DFSS.
· Passed MBB exam.
· Local candidates preferred.
· Skill pluses would include: supply chain experience and a costing background.
· Education: Dual Engineer & Business Degree Preferred, 10 yrs experience
