The Associate Performance Measurement Manager will be highly regarded with an excellent track record in their current environment. The successful candidate must be a strong, decisive, results-oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships across the company and with a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork, knowledge and results. With their team of about 15 measurement professionals, this leader will be accountable for the following:
On-going management, administration and analytical support of the associate satisfaction survey process.
Designing, building and operating processes that will provide associate metrics for Hoshin scorecards across the company.
Analytical support for all lines of business to evaluate associate satisfaction and performance and establish the capability to measure effectiveness of counter measures to drive improvement.
Significantly strengthen the six sigma skills of the team. Within two years the team should include at least five certified Greenbelts and two certified Blackbelts.
