Had hoped we might get some others to respond to you question on software. The closest thing we have worked on is the development of our web site. We listed the things we wanted the web site to do and then talked to a number of experts and found one to do the basic structure of the web site. We used the asic process Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. This was really a Design problem and for measure we evaluated previous performance. We continue to measure, analyze , improve and control the changes to the site to maintain high ranking.
Success in my view is the fact that we rank in the top 10 of most search engines and as of today were #1 on Google for six sigma.
