Hi, I am busy with my MBA dissertation on the potential of implementing Six Sigma in a South African property management company. I would appreciate any input with regards to this as I possibly would like to propose this model to management for a true implemetation if the feasibility study for this implementation is successful. I would also like to know of any implementations in South Africa so far. Will much appreciate. Maggie

We have not worked with anyone in South Africa yet, although we our self paced on line program is being used there.
