What are the (5) Key elements of the Business Plan?
1. Mission Statement.
This answers what the organization will achieve at a defined point in the future. It identifies critical success factors, business goals, action plans and organizational teamwork.
2. Market Plan.
Identifies the organizations product offerings, segment strategies, market communications, and sales support.
3. Sales Plan.
Identifies territory strategies, key account strategies and personal development, the support departments and their mission and goals.
Identifies and builds strategies for sales volumes, costs, expenses, capital requirements and related key assumptions.
5. Review Process.
Identifies necessary reports, meetings and follow up strategies.
