The concepts of Cycle Time Reduction can be applied to the process of gaining the Internal Customers commitment to the Strategy of the organization.
Instead of just telling employees about this process and allowing a “sink or swim” approach, you might consider a more effective way. It takes time, effort, commitment and living the values by all concerned. The Long Term Results are worth the efforts!
One Learning Theory teaches that while attempting to accomplish a task and meeting with failure, you must make adjustments and try again. This process is repeated until you are successful.

A behavioral model, we call the Learning Cycle, says we first
Tell Specifically How To Perform,
Show Specifically How To Perform,
Let The Follower Attempt to Repeat the desired Performance,
Reward the Performer Trainee For desired Behaviors, and
Redirect performances with Less Than Appropriate or Desired Behaviors.
We repeat this “cycle” until The Trainee Can Perform the Task 100%.
