As you start preparing for Six Sigma Plus realize that
there are no magic bullets. This is work and effort applied in a planned and intelligent fashion. When projects are completed, one at a time, there is an additive effect. Improvements will tend to be linear with each project that is completed.
Exponential growth is possible and the project pace can increase as Management and Blackbelts gain more project experience and success.
A truly successful Six Sigma Plus project effort shares the success and challenges. This not only gives encouragement to others, it also allows people with success stories to receive some of the recognition they deserve. Every project is a learning experience.
Leadership, Champions, Blackbelts, and employees must each continue to learn and grow with Six Sigma Plus .
“You can learn something from every person you meet. If you don’t learn from him it is your loss not his.”
