Six Sigma Green Belt Team Member Training is a 5-day program is specifically designed to meet the needs of people who will serve on Six Sigma Projects as team members.

• Self-Paced the required training modules downloaded from our web site and offers the fastest and most economical approach. You work at your pace. 

• CD-ROM is the same material as the self paced down load. 

• License Agreement by organizations wishing to license the training material for unlimited use in training their company employees. Organizations can place the material on your internal Intranet and use as many times as they wish. This type of training method not approved for any other external use. Customize by adding the company name and logo to training materials if desired. All changes and new additions to the training purchased under this agreement will be included at no charge. Please call for details and copies of the agreements.

• Class room instruction we provide in person training at your furnished location. Travel and living expenses for the instructor (s) are in addition at cost. Minimum class size is six. Payment is in advance of the class.

• Public Class instruction we provide training that is open to the public. Minimum class size of six and maximum is 25. Payment is in advance of the class.

Progression of Programs

• Our programs are set up such that the Black Belt Project Manager is the highest-level project performer.

• Green Belt Project Manager training is a subset of the Black Belt Project Manager material. The Green Belt Project Manager designed for those persons or organizations that may not require the advanced level of technical statistical investigation and breakthrough performance improvements delivered by the BBPM training.

• Green Belt Team Member is a subset of the Green Belt Project Manager material. Training designed to provide methods and tools for team support of the various Green Belt Project Manager or Black Belt Project Manager six sigma DMAIC process.

• We encourage you to take the highest level of six-sigma DMAIC project training you need.  We have made provisions for those unforeseen future training needs.

For example, self-paced Black Belt Project Manager is priced at $3999. If you have purchased the Green Belt Team Member Training at $899 you get credit for your Green Belt Team Members Training and only pay $3720 for the remaining content in Black Belt Project Manager.  Obviously, it is more economical to start with the full Black Belt Project Manager Training. 

There is no need to start with Green Belt Team Member and work through the various levels unless you just want to, if you will need Black Belt Project Manager  training the most economical approach is to sign up for Black Belt Project Manager  training.
