Strategy is the organizational actions in the market place that lead to a competitive advantage.

                                            Assignment: 
Locate and evaluate the Strategic Plan elements for the business unit or area where you are planning your Six Sigma project activities. List each element and then rate on each of the three criteria.  Evaluation Scale should be numbered from(1-5). 
(1) unknown if it meets the criteria, (2) does not meet the criteria, (3) seldom meets the criteria, (4) meets most of the criteria, (5) meets the all criteria.
